30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free from stains, odours, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Underwear

• Lingerie

• Any intimate apparel

These items are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns on eligible items within South Africa.
